You need to be of legal drinking age where you live. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has it. One person per account.

You own what you put in. Your bottles, notes, ratings and photos remain yours. Nothing you write here becomes ours.

You can export the lot as a CSV at any time, and you can ask us to delete the account and everything in it.

To run Bottleize at all we need permission to store your content and show it back to you, and to show it to the people you choose to share it with. That permission is limited to operating and displaying the service.

If you mark something public or shared— a tasting note, a rating, a label photo — you allow us to show it to other members in the places that content belongs, including on a wine's page and in community ratings, and to keep showing it while it stays shared.

This does not reach backwards. Something you uploaded privately stays private. Changing your mind and un-sharing something ends the permission going forward.

We will not sell your content, and we will not put advertising on it.

Nothing illegal, nothing that is not yours to share, nothing designed to harass another member, and no photographs of people who have not agreed to appear here.

We can hide or remove content that breaks this, and we can close an account that keeps doing it. We would rather ask first.

Any value shown here is an estimate and may be wrong. Some are typed in by you, some come from an AI estimate. None is an appraisal, an offer, or advice about buying, selling or insuring anything. Do not make a financial decision on the strength of a number on this screen.

Bottleize is provided as it is. We try to keep it running and to keep your data safe, but we cannot promise it will never be unavailable or never lose anything. Export a copy of anything you would hate to lose — that is what the export button is for.

If these terms change materially we will say so and update the date below. Continuing to use Bottleize after that means the new terms apply.
